Sang Hoon Degeimbre is the chef of the two michelin starred restaurant L’air du temps.
Cook, eater and traveler, he is introducing SAN, the tasty story of his culinary discoveries and journeys. SAN is the happy place where to share a bowl with your friends, family and beloved ones.
Created with the EXSUD studio, the restaurant is an invitation for a cosy and easygoing moment in a grey and green olive colored, urban space. You canc hoose to sit in the large living room or at one of the high tables in front of the open kitchen. Furnitures were designed especially for the place. The pottery was made by our dear ceramist Bibenbou.
